I had a cozy weekend stay! The location is super convenient, just a stone's throw from the metro station and surrounded by restaurants, which made exploring easy. The room was fantastic, especially with the washer/dryer combo-such a lifesaver to freshen up my clothes before heading home. Plus, the staff was friendly and spoke English, which made everything smoother.

The breakfast was awesome, the check in was early. The hotel was in a magnificent and unbeatable position right by Kuromon market, the department stores, and Dotonbori which is in the middle.

This place is a gem! Perfectly located near Namba Station, making city exploration a breeze. Our room was spacious and had a handy washer/dryer, which was great for our family. The staff were friendly, and breakfast options were a pleasant surprise. Can't wait to return!

We were initially given a twin room, without our knowledge, and to rectify the situation the hotel staff (one lady in particular) was extremely accommodating and we received an upgrade to a one bedroom studio apartment (executive apartment) for our four nights stay.

The Masa cafe for breakfast didn't make a good espresso and it would be good to have variety in the breakfast offerings.

Fairly clean place with beautiful view over Namba skyline. Astonishing and incredibly nice breakfast with lots of food, outstandingly accommodating staff. Excellent and absolutely perfect setting, in front of cafes and eateries. Such wonderful stay, as always.
